Shortly after you book, I call to introduce myself, describe the basics of the service you requested, and hear your concerns and special instructions. The goal is to set expectations so we're on the same page from the start.
I Come To You
I bring my mobile setup to your residence, place of work, or anywhere else that is convenient for you. I connect one extension cord to an outdoor electrical outlet and a single hose to a spigot. Even with the multiple foams and rinses, I don't use much water, and I don't leave anything behind.
Pre-Service Inspection
Every service begins with a walkaround, where I assess the project and you have the opportunity to point out any areas of special concern and ask specific questions about how the service applies to your vehicle. I take photos to reference the pre-service condition of the vehicle, which I am happy to share with you. This is when you and I can refine our expectations--will I be able to get that stain out of the carpet? Will a polishing remove those scratches? Things like that.
Methodology
Everything is done meticulously by hand. I don't use rinseless wash or other superficial, time-saving chemicals to speed up the process. I pre-soak the exterior and hand wash with mutliple soft, paint-safe microfiber cloths to avoid contamination. For the interior, I steam all surfaces to remove bacteria and mold spores and use high-quality detailing brushes and edgeless microfiber towels to apply cleaning agents and dressings.

I use only proven, professional products that are designed for the specific materials that I am cleaning or detailing. With steam, shampoos, and conditioners, every product and technique that I use is safe for paint, glass, chrome, leather, alcantara, and fabric. I use the highest quality microfiber and brushes to clean and dry your car. Even my basic wash uses the high-end stuff.
This is your chance to evaluate the work. If something doesn't meet your satisfaction, I will correct it on the spot and before receiving payment.
